only use Tommy’s because it’s one of the few car washes that can accommodate my dually truck. However, for the same price, I get a much better experience at Water Car Wash. They include towels, glass cleaner, tire shine, air fresheners, wipes, dog treats, and other complimentary items at no extra cost. The equipment is also noticeably better. Their vacuums are much more powerful, and they provide air blowers to help clean hard-to-reach areas, which Tommy’s does not offer. At Tommy’s, many cleaning products and extras are charged separately. For my other vehicles, I always choose Water Car Wash because it offers significantly more value for the same price.

I’ve been coming to Tommy’s Express for months to wash my Mustang weekly, and I’ve never had any issues here or with any other car wash. I take great care of my car, and it didn’t have a single scratch before today. Unfortunately, today’s experience was completely different. Due to what appears to be a malfunction in the machine, my car suffered significant damage. The driver’s door was dented, the front fender was also damaged, and the paint was affected. The situation is so bad that I can’t even open the driver’s door anymore. A claim has already been opened, and I am currently waiting for a resolution. While I was there waiting for my claim to be processed, “coincidentally,” another blue car was dealing with a similar issue, as its bumper had been completely torn off during the wash. I expect this situation to be resolved promptly and fairly. I rely on my car daily and do not have another vehicle available, so this has caused a major inconvenience. I also expect full responsibility to be taken for the repair costs of my vehicle, which I have always taken great care of.

Talk about amazing the gentleman, Brandon and the wonderful lady that works the window with the car washes, beautiful spirits I will be back. I was only going to get a free car wash that came in the mail today and it ended up being 30 days free other most expensive package that offers the ceramic wax. My car looks beautiful. I have a Mercedes. I don't trust anybody with my car, but I will be a lifelong customer! Must try!!!!

I was mostly happy with the wash, my one issue is that it didn't really touch my tailgate. My tail lights and the very edges of the tailgate got washed but it didn't touch the entire middle part of the tailgate. If the tailgate were as clean as the rest of my truck I would give it 5 stars. I did feel like it was a bit pricy for a car wash but not many car washes can handle a dually so this is where I have to go. You pay for convenience so I'm not complaining but if I had a normal size car I might go elsewhere.

Always a good experience. The staff is excellent. I purchased a new vehicle and had to transfer the membership from the vehicle I sold to the new one, and it couldn’t have been easier. Also; my new vehicle is an EV and it has some special things when going through a wash. The Tommy team was patient and helped me. The vehicle looks great after going through the wash, and I appreciate the Tommy team. Well done Tommy Team!!
